  • Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
  • Utilizing various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract and engage potential candidates
  • Analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and making data-driven improvements
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
  • Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed
  • Staying updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition


    • Requirements

    -5 Years experience in same role.
    -HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills.
    -ATS Software experience is a must.
    -Manufacturing Experience is a must.
    -Strong communication and leadership skills.
    -Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
    -Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Egypt.
    -advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.
    -Giza Resident preferred.
