Kela is looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Talent Acquisition Team Lead to lead our recruitment team and function during a significant stage of growth.
In this role, you will lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, own Kela’s hiring strategy, and drive end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of functions, including Software, Hardware, Product, GTM, Finance, and Executive roles. You will play a critical role in shaping how Kela attracts, assesses, and hires top talent, while building scalable processes, strong leadership partnerships, and an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, including coaching, mentoring, and setting high performance standards.
- Own and drive Kela’s talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business growth plans and organizational priorities.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment across multiple domains, including Software Engineering, Hardware, Product, GTM, Finance, and Executive roles.
- Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to define hiring plans, organizational needs, and talent priorities.
- Build scalable recruiting processes, frameworks, and workflows that support quality, speed, and consistency.
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and pipeline development for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent, and positive candidate experience across all stages of the hiring process.
- Use data, funnel metrics, and market insights to improve hiring performance and support decision-making.
- Leverage AI tools, systems, and technology to improve team efficiency, recruiting effectiveness, and operational excellence.
- Strengthen Kela’s employer brand and help position the company as a top destination for exceptional talent.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent market trends, hiring challenges, and organizational hiring strategy.
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced tech companies or startups.
- Proven managerial experience, including direct management of a Talent Acquisition team, combined with hands-on experience leading recruitment processes end-to-end.
- Demonstrated success leading and scaling recruitment, with significant experience hiring for Product and R&D roles in technology-driven environments.
- Strong experience building recruiting strategies and translating business goals into effective hiring plans.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop recruiters in a high-performance environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with senior leaders and executives.
- Deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and talent market mapping.
- Experience improving recruiting processes, building structure, and driving operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use recruiting metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technology to enhance recruiting workflows and team productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
