What Drives Success

Under general supervision, serves as the primary owner of Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and alignment with business needs. Subject matter expert for iCIMS, managing system configurations, troubleshooting issues, and driving enhancements to support recruiting operations.

Serves as the primary administrator for the iCIMS ATS, managing configurations, workflows, and integrations. Acts as the product owner, partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT to define system requirements and implement solutions. Provides technical support and training for recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Monitors system performance and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement. Manages vendor relationships and coordinates with iCIMS support for issue resolution and upgrades. Ensures data integrity, compliance, and accurate reporting within the ATS. Leads system enhancement projects, including testing and deployment of new features. Develops and maintains documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.

 

What We Are Looking For

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 1 to 3 years related experience. Prefer experience as iCIMS Administrator or similar ATS support role.

  • Strong understanding of iCIMS platform functionality, workflows, and integrations.
  • Proven ability to manage system configurations and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in product ownership or system implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with HR technology ecosystems and integrations.
  • Knowledge of reporting and analytics within iCIMS or related tools.
  • Provide recruiting administrative support to assist with day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations.
  • Support and analyze third-party Talent Acquisition tools to ensure optimal performance and integration.
  • Particiapte in other projects as required to support Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $67,000 - $88,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
