Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment mailboxes, and produce reports.
  • Update candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System and provide operational support.
  • Conduct interviews for corporate and leadership roles and create talent-sourcing insights.
  • Act as a subject matter in developing strategies and overseeing the team of associates
  • Represent the Recruitment team in client meetings and offer market insights.
  • Assist in data gathering for recruitment reports and suggest process improvements.


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Preferred experience in BPO/Shared Service/Agency recruitment
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage with high-level clients.
