Job Summary: As a Senior Talent Acquisitions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet the strategic goals of Great Deals E-Commerce Corporation. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create detailed job descriptions for job postings.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen and review resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a database of shortlisted candidates for future vacancies.
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates.
  • Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
  • Generate reports related to hiring activities.
  • Manage and evaluate the performance of external recruitment agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and Boolean search strings.
  • Experience hiring for technical roles.
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment.
  • Ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and ability to handle multiple recruitment projects.
  • Expertise in leveraging social media platforms for recruitment and employer branding.
  • Strong negotiation skills for discussing terms and conditions of employment.

By signing this Form, you as the data subject hereby authorize Great Deals E-Commerce Corporation (“GDEC”), its agents, representatives, and officers, to collect, process, use, update, or disclose your personal information, and hereby ratify such previous actions of GDEC, in accordance with its Data Privacy Statement, the Data Privacy Act, and other relevant Data Privacy laws, including the rules, regulations, advisories, and memoranda issued by the National Privacy Commission. This is to establish, confirm, review, or update my records, manage the information provided therein, conduct customer risk, capacity, and suitability assessments, and other legitimate business purposes, and comply with its reporting obligations under applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
