A Brief OverviewTalent Acquisition Strategist plays a pivotal role in designing and executing new innovative talent acquisition programs that align with organizational goals. This role partners closely with HR, operational leaders, and external partners to take internal and external insights to build business cases, securing approvals, and drive projects including the design, build, implementation, and control of these new Talent Acquisition programs.
What you will do
- Leads strategic coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners to define and manage requirements for recruiting internationally educated candidates, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and vendor standards.
- Designs and partners with operations on international hiring initiatives, including scheduling and facilitating hiring events in collaboration with operational leaders and vendors.
- Develops and maintains program-level reporting to monitor the status of international hires, identify trends, and inform strategic planning.
- Advises and collaborates with Recruiters to assess qualifications of internationally educated applicants and align candidate placement with organizational needs.
- Evaluates and recommends enhancements to international recruitment and broader Talent Acquisition programs, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Leads implementation of Talent Acquisition initiatives, partnering with leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and workforce strategies.
- Ensures compliance and process integrity for contingent workforce programs and supports the development of scalable solutions.
- Provides strategic backup support for contingent workforce operations, contributing to program continuity and operational readiness.

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- Bachelor's in a related field.
- At least three years experience in Talent Acquisition.
Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- Healthcare recruitment or sourcing experience.
