Description

Are you passionate about connecting professional drivers with great careers?

Midland Transport is looking for an experienced Driver Recruiter who understands the trucking industry and knows how to find, engage, and hire top-quality professional Drivers. If you’ve recruited highway drivers, terminal drivers and owner-operators – and you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment – we want to talk to you.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in keeping freight moving by building a strong, safe and reliable driver workforce.

Make a Visible Impact Every Day

In trucking, recruiting isn’t behind the scenes – it’s mission critical. Every driver you hire keeps freight moving, customers served, and terminals operating safely and efficiently. Your work directly affects service performance, safety outcomes, and business growth.

Own Your Hiring Strategy

This isn’t a “post and wait” recruiting role. You’ll have the autonomy to build pipelines, test new sourcing ideas, attend events, and shape how we attract drivers and owner-operators. We value creative, initiative, and fresh thinking.

Benefits To Joining Midland:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A flexible health, drug, dental, and vision plan
