Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, and follow up on feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in developing and executing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience (agency experience may be considered).
- Strong understanding of technology roles and the tech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
