We are growing and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and play a key role in shaping Classiq’s growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build recruitment strategies
- Source and attract top talent through multiple channels
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment workflows
- Drive process improvements and optimize recruiting operations
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects
Who you are
- Approximately 2 years of recruitment experience (in-house and/or agency)
- Proven experience managing recruitment processes independently
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
