This role strengthens our TA team’s focus on technical hiring, supporting engineering, and delivery teams while co-owning talent projects that enhance how we recruit. You’ll combine hands-on recruiting expertise with ownership of initiatives that improve our processes, data, and employer brand.

- Innovatrics’ tech landscape and hiring needs across teams.
- Building a solid understanding of Innovatrics’ solution portfolio and how each tech team contributes to it, enabling you to connect the right talent.
- Conducting intake meetings with hiring managers to align on profiles, scorecards, and structured interview practices.
- Building and optimizing sourcing pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, events, and other creative channels.
- Partner with People Team members to learn about our interview philosophy, total rewards, principles, analytics and OKRs.
- Closing your first tech hire while supporting ongoing roles.

- Managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles – from briefing to offer – ensuring alignment with team needs and business priorities.
- Confidently negotiating offers, balancing fairness, competitiveness, and a great candidate experience.
- Driving TA process improvements tied to our OKRs, focusing on efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate NPS.
- Adding value to our hiring culture by strengthening collaboration with hiring managers and ensuring consistency in structured interviewing and evaluation.
- Understanding the full employee lifecycle at Innovatrics to make hiring decisions that support long-term growth and engagement.

- Own a full OKR, driving measurable impact in a key TA area (e.g., candidate experience, funnel conversion, or reporting accuracy).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with tech and solution leaders to forecast hiring needs and enhance planning.
- Contribute to building a stronger hiring culture through training, documentation, and consistent feedback loops.
- Evolve into a true Talent Acquisition Advisor - monitoring the market, bringing fresh ideas, and shaping how we hire by connecting insights from data, candidate experience, and industry trends.

Working Hours & Location
🌎 Location: Bratislava, Slovakia - Hybrid (on-site collaboration with flexibility).
🕰️ Hours: Standard business hours, flexibility for candidate interviews when needed.
About You
You are a proactive tech recruiter who values structure, relationships, and quality. You thrive on collaboration with technical teams, use data to make decisions, and enjoy improving how hiring happens. You communicate clearly, prioritize well, and balance candidate experience with business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical recruitment with proven success hiring for software engineering, AI, devops and infrastructure roles.
- Understanding of structured interviews, scorecards, and sourcing strategies.
- Proactive headhunting experience with the ability to creatively engage passive talent.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to make recruiting more effective
- Familiarity with tech stacks and terminology relevant to software engineering or solutions environments.
- Experience using ATS systems and tracking recruitment metrics.
- Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships and providing data-driven insights.
- Fluency in English and Slovak.

Level
📊 This role is at Medior (O3–O4) level. You’ll operate with autonomy across tech hiring and recruitment projects, balancing delivery with strategic improvements. You’ll manage complex hiring needs, contribute to employer branding, and progressively take ownership of TA OKRs and data-driven initiatives.
Compensation

💶 Salary gross range: €2,500 – €3,000
