Talent Acquisition Specialist (SSC)

We are looking for Talent Acquisition professionals at various stages of their careers. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing recruitment activities across selected stages of the hiring process
• Acting as a key contact for candidates, Hiring Managers, and HR stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate data and documentation in the ATS
• Supporting onboarding activities and recruitment administration
• Coordinating background checks and ensuring GDPR compliance
• Preparing recruitment reports and tracking key recruitment metrics
• Contributing to process improvement, standardization, and documentation
• Identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience

Your profile:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or recruitment coordination or 
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level) and other European language (German or Dutch or Italian), min C1
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned processes
• Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders across different levels of the organization
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in a corporate, Shared Services Center (SSC), or international environment is 
• Experience with ATS platforms and HR systems (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters) is a strong advantage
