We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in engineering industries. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in these specialized fields for our different locations across Middle East region. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our organization maintains a competitive edge by recruiting individuals who possess the technical skills and industry expertise required for success.

Job Description

  • Talent Sourcing: utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, professional networks and referrals to identify and attract top talent
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and expertise ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each position
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection and market trends
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and hiring practices to develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Provide a positive and professional experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback
  • Negotiate offers and conduct reference checks 
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter in a technical industry within large corporations
  • Experience in Middle East is a must with focus on GCC markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to partner with the business
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment handling multiple positions simultaneously
  • Excellent English language skills
