The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be part of the Oil & Gas recruitment team, He will be based in our office in Marousi, Athens. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage and own the full recruitment life cycle in a series of positions relating to Oil & Gas projects, including salary negotiations, release of employment contracts and leading new employees’ onboarding process.

Will work independently providing candidates for all open positions in our projects.
Supporting actively the recruitment needs for technical proposals of the Business Development team.
Will work closely with team members and their manager to communicate effectively with senior management.
Be capable of sourcing technically hard skill sets through a variety of methods: Head hunting, social media, referral centric sourcing strategies, professional networking, search & selection. In addition to this, we continuously provide new solutions and ideas for sourcing new methods to attract talent. This can be through new job boards, seeking and attending relevant conferences, building up talent pools.
University Degree in HR or other business or social studies discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of professional recruiting experience.
Previous recruitment experience in the Oil & Gas industry and in Construction would be an asset.
Ability to multitask
Excellent written and spoken English
Professional knowledge of MS Office applications.
The candidates should hold a Greek passport or should be eligible to work in EU
