We’re looking for a talent acquisition to join us for a 6 months maternity leave cover, starting November.
With full ownership of the hiring process and plenty of room to make your mark. Working hybrid, twice a week from the offices in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End hiring ownership – Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: from kick-off and sourcing to interviews and offer management
- Identify both technical and cultural fit, ensuring a strong match to Tikal’s unique consulting DNA.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines through creative sourcing strategies (AI tools, LinkedIn, GitHub, networking, referrals, events).
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Analyze hiring metrics and optimize for speed, quality, and engagement.
- Understand business needs, provide market insights, and influence decisions with data-driven recommendations
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Tikal in the tech community and online.
- 2+ years of experience in tech recruiting.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for technical roles.
- Able to partner with hiring managers to resolve recruiting roadblocks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Passion for relationship-based recruiting and long-term talent mapping.
- Deep understanding of the Israeli tech ecosystem and strong instincts for identifying top talent.
- A proactive, independent, and collaborative mindset.
