The Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Client's global HR team. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers across the Americas and EMEA to deliver end-to-end recruitment support. You will serve as a recruiting generalist, hiring for both technical and business roles.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Design and execute tailored hiring strategies to attract top talent, particularly in sales, technical, and business functions.
- Proactively identify candidates through a mix of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Coordinate all interview logistics and ensure a smooth, professional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Act as an ambassador for the company’s culture and values throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for software companies, including business, and technical positions.
- Advanced English written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience supporting global talent acquisition, ideally across the Americas and EMEA.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
