Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern - UAE National

Job Scope

The Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern (UAE National) is a newly created position to support the Talent Acquisition Manager in the creation of the group Emiratisation Hiring Program. It's an exciting role where you will see your creative ideas come to life!

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the TA Manager in the development of the Emiratisation Hiring program for Midis Group
• Participate in the preparation and execution of UAE National recruitment events and employer branding activities
• Source UAE National candidates through various channels and post vacancies on recruitment portals and company career webpage
• Screen, interview, shortlist and recruit candidates as per job openings and requirements
• Build internal relationships within the HR COE team and within all lines of business 
• Build a strong presence on Social Media to create a buzz around the UAE National hiring program at Midis Group 
• Create a UAE National candidate database for future hiring needs
• Introduce new ideas to attract potential talents and enhance the hiring process

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any other related field

Experience

Excellent command in English, written and spoken
