The incumbent will execute all recruitment processes based on talent hiring requirements in partnership and alignment with HR Business Partners, In-Country HR Representatives, and Hiring Managers from different countries supporting Goodyear offices.
The incumbent will also need to manage efforts that will create more cost-effective, timely, and high-quality recruitment processes that will yield quality and favorable candidates based on hiring manager expectations and/or specific functional requirements.
Implement and facilitate sourcing strategy through sourcing candidates using various methodologies and channels in line with Goodyear’s sourcing activities, branding, and media methods as agreed and aligned with hiring managers and organizations.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, In-Country HR Representatives, and COE and/or other HR colleagues to gain a better understanding of the resource planning process and talent acquisition demands.
Conduct talent pipelining activities based on organizational requirements and develop candidates based on predefined workforce plans. Ensure a continuous flow of candidates to proactively meet recruitment demands by using existing talent acquisition resume databases, including Goodyear’s Applicant Tracking System.
Utilize effective and efficient sourcing channels, media platforms, and other branding activities to promote Goodyear recruitment and sourcing requirements. Post and advertise job descriptions using appropriate methodologies, and review and validate content to ensure alignment with Goodyear’s policies and guidelines
Be the first point of contact for candidates, both passive and active, by delivering exceptional care and ensuring candidates are effectively pre-screened using various screening methodologies before endorsement and continuation in the recruitment process.
Assess candidates for cultural, motivational, and skill fit using behavioral-based assessments and other recruitment methodologies (tests, interviews, oral presentations, and/or in-basket exercises) aligned with Goodyear’s processes and hiring managers’ screening requirements.
Define and shortlist candidates based on all parameters presented during the intake meeting.
Facilitate debrief meetings in partnership with In-Country HR Representatives, Functional HRBPs, Hiring Managers, and COE.
Create offer analysis in partnership with In-Country HR, Functional HRBP (as necessary), Hiring Manager, and COE (as necessary), and discuss approved offers with the final candidate.
6+ years of working experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, employer marketing, interviewing, offer analysis, and candidate and stakeholder management, preferably in a multinational working environment
Familiarity and working knowledge of different Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Knowledge of candidate search engines and sourcing tools
Sufficient knowledge of talent mapping, pipelining, and hiring
Working knowledge of computer applications, preferably Microsoft applications and reporting
