Talent Acquisition Specialist (Human Resources)

Pay : HK$26,908 to HK$37,590 (HGPS point 9 to 15) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end- of- contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities \:
1. Review and support the whole talent acquisition cycle from sourcing, candidates screening and interviewing to deliver recruitment targets.
2. Provide recruitment solutions and insights and work closely with supervisors to establish talent acquisition approach.
3. Attract and engage with potential talents by exploring innovative and effective talent sourcing strategies for open roles as well as for building future pipelines.
4. Coordinate and participate in mass recruitment project(s) /organization of job fair and recruitment day to promote job opportunities in HA.
5. Perform clerical duties with supervision and coaching on junior clerical staff.
6. Process, verify and compile forms and data.
7. Maintain and update proper HR records and documentation.
8. Draft correspondences, communicate with departments/applicants and handle enquiries.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements :
1. (a) Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR
(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:
(i) Level 2 in English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; AND
(ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects/ Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent.
2. 3 years' clerical experience with good knowledge of the functions and operations in human resources.
Preferred Attributes / Exposure :
1. Recruitment & appointment experience in sizeable organizations is preferred.
2. Good knowledge of human resources-related ordinances and policies in HA.
3. Self-motivated with good interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
4. Hands-on experience in common office automation (e.g. email, internet, intranet, etc.), and proficiency in performing typing and computer operations in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
5. Ability to organize work, motivate and supervise junior clerical staff.
Remarks:
2. Serving staff who have completed F.5/ S.5 or equivalent and have 3 years’ clerical experience within HA may also be considered.
