Responsibility:
● Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience, primarily in Philippines.
● Advertise open positions and source candidates using various platforms.
● Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent.
● Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
● Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations.
Requirements:
● A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
● At least 3 years of work experience.
● Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration Department/Non-tech roles.
● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
● Hands-on approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude.
● Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
● Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness.
