ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • advertise opened positions in relevant tools and channels according company rules & valid legislation
  • perform sourcing of Internal & External candidates
  • perform candidates interviews
  • run the recruiting database of all candidates (pre-screened & interviewed)
  • interface with personal agencies (if the case) for contracts, salaries, invoices, etc.
  • organize Assessment centers for directs hiring
  • perform hiring statuses in internal recruiting tool according company standards
  • maintains up to date all staffing / talent acquisition related policies
  • communicate about open positions within the company & external environment
  • issues and/or validates internal communication about open positions
  • regular communication and correspondence with personal agencies and recruit agencies (contracts, orders, candidates, assessment centres, invoicing)
  • contacts and communication with secondary schools and universities within the defined projects and relations
  • covering reporting needs for hiring agenda

WE VALUE:

  • minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and in HR related areas. Experience in manufacturing environment strongly preferred
  • fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • good working knowledge of Slovak labor law, recruiting processes
  • excellent communication skills with people of different backgrounds; global mindset and ability to operate in a multicultural environment
  • very good computer skills (MS office advanced)
  • ability to work in a strong matrix environment

WE OFFER: 

  • Salary starting from 1 500 € - depends on knowledge and experience of the final candidate.
