About the Role 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ANS, you will support the TA Manager in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our continued success. This role offers an excellent opportunity to hone your recruitment skills within a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will bring top notch sourcing, an eye for detail, and extreme focus on the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions, such as engineers, proposal writers, and field service technicians.
    • Post and maintain job listings on various platforms, including Indeed and LinkedIn.
    • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and build talent pipelines.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
    • Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed throughout the hiring process.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
    • Assist in employer branding efforts, such as career fairs, networking events, and social media engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

    • 3+ years experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the talent acquisition field.
$65,000 - $75,000 a year
