Key responsibilities
Partner with business leaders and People Partners to deliver talent solutions.
Provide market insights and talent landscape analysis to support strategic decisions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding).
Enhance candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Independently handle hiring cases, resolve challenges, and ensure compliance with processes.
Drive employer branding initiatives (university engagement, job fairs, certifications, etc.).
We are looking for:
Strong understanding of the Northeast Asia talent market.
Professional proficiency in English and Japanese; Korean language skills are a plus.
3–5 years of recruitment experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
