• Partnering closely with Operations and Safety teams
• Bringing new ideas to how we attract and engage talent
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Full-cycle recruitment of Class 1/CDL-A drivers
Hiring both company drivers and owner-operators
Creative sourcing across digital and in-person channels
Screening for experience, compliance, and cultural fit
Supporting hiring events and terminal engagement
What You Bring: You’re not just experienced, you’re connected to the driver market.
3+ years of driver recruiting experience (Canada/U.S.)
Deep understanding of transportation hiring challenges
Strong sourcing instincts and relationship focus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Confidence working with operational leaders
