We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle — from proactive sourcing and headhunting to ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, quick learner, and eager to build a strong foundation in recruitment and talent strategy.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and headhunt candidates through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
  • Write and publish engaging job descriptions across various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for both immediate and long-term hiring requirements.
  • Track, manage, and report recruitment activities and metrics against hiring goals.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring standards and policies throughout the recruitment process.

Who You Are

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition (exceptional freshers or internship experience considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially via phone and video calls.
  • Quick learner with a keen interest in recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and adept at building strong professional relationships.
