Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and assist in job description creation.
  • Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media channels to source candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive advantage in talent acquisition.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment metrics.
  • Maintain candidate database and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Foster relationships with universities and training programs to attract new talent.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to promote FindErnest in the recruitment market.
  • Assist in onboarding and training initiatives for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Familiarity with various interview techniques and assessment methods.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and labor legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
  • High level of professionalism and strong work ethic.
  • Experience in employer branding and outreach initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Willingness to adapt to the changing recruitment landscape.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates effectively.
  • Creative approach to problem-solving in recruitment challenges.
