Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and assist in job description creation.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media channels to source candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive advantage in talent acquisition.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment metrics.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Foster relationships with universities and training programs to attract new talent.
- Support employer branding initiatives to promote FindErnest in the recruitment market.
- Assist in onboarding and training initiatives for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with various interview techniques and assessment methods.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and labor legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
- High level of professionalism and strong work ethic.
- Experience in employer branding and outreach initiatives.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Willingness to adapt to the changing recruitment landscape.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates effectively.
- Creative approach to problem-solving in recruitment challenges.
