As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at NOV, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talent that drives our business forward. You will take ownership of the full recruitment process and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers- ensuring quality, efficiency, and a positive experience for every candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Innovative Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of high-calibre candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit criteria.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
- Data-Driven Improvement: Use data analytics to monitor and enhance key performance indicators related to recruitment speed, quality, and satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and compliance standards, staying informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment, with the ability to handle high-volume recruitment cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools.
- A track record of meeting recruitment targets while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting for blue-collar positions.
- Proficiency in German/ Dutch/ Danish/ Norwegian will be an asset.
