In this role, you’ll play a key part in sourcing and engaging top talent, driving exceptional candidate experiences, and partnering closely with hiring leaders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Nordics
- Identify, attract, and engage top talent through sourcing, referrals, branding initiatives, and career events
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and define the ideal candidate profiles
- Be the face of Atos for candidates — guiding them through every stage of their journey, from first contact to offer
- Build strong relationships with remote hiring teams and provide trusted recruitment expertise
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of quality candidates while ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging your knowledge of the tech talent market
- Foster and expand networks within the Technology space to attract exceptional professionals
Job Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition — experience in Technology recruitment is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch or a Nordic language is an advantage
- Strong communication and intercultural skills, with the ability to build relationships across borders
- Proactive, resilient, and adaptable mindset — you can thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- A results-driven attitude, curiosity for the talent market, and genuine passion for recruitment
- This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence in Sofia but also the option of home office during the week
