In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the organization’s long-term talent strategy by attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality talent across retail and corporate functions.

This is a senior end‑to‑end talent acquisition role, with a strong focus on strategic recruitment partnering. You will work closely with hiring managers to anticipate talent needs, challenge and refine role requirements, and define effective recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.

Beyond hiring delivery, this role has a strong employer branding dimension. You will actively contribute to strengthening Amplifon’s employer positioning in the local market by understanding talent trends, identifying target audiences, and proactively proposing and implementing innovative employer branding initiatives, independently or in close collaboration with the other Recruiter and Marketing.

Within this role, you are part of the local HR team and report to the Talent Manager. You collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, line managers, the Corporate Talent CoE in Italy, and external stakeholders when needed. Jobholder will also participate in cross-functional projects with visibility to the leadership team to further strengthen the organization.

Key accountabilities

  • Own and manage the full recruitment process, from intake to contract negotiation/onboarding
  • Design and continuously refine recruitment strategies for different target populations (retail and corporate), balancing quality, time, and long-term workforce planning.
  • Actively source candidates across various (online) platforms and build talent pools
  • Screen candidates and conduct behavioral-based interviews using the STAR method
  • Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Lead employer branding activities at local level in line with the company strategy
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Ensure sourcing activities are targeted and purposeful, recognizing that sourcing is a component of the role but not its primary focus.
  • Engage with schools/universities and attend job fairs
  • Track recruitment KPIs, ensure data quality in the ATS, and use insights to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies when required for niche or hard‑to‑fill roles

What you'll need

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business or other relevant field
  • At least 5+ years of experience in recruitment within a corporate environment, covering end‑to‑end hiring processes and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in a retail or multi‑site organization is a strong plus, particularly in high‑volume or geographically distributed hiring contexts.
  • Fluent communication in both Dutch and English
  • Data‑driven mindset, comfortable tracking KPIs and using insights to guide decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to operate in a fast‑paced, non‑hierarchical environment.
  • High level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability, with an entrepreneurial and improvement‑oriented mindset.
  • Outstanding client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to deliver candidates
  • Ability to influence and work effectively with key cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership team across the organization
