About the role

As the Associate – Talent Acquisition at our Mumbai office, you will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale recruitment efforts to meet our growing organizational needs. This role involves end-to-end ownership of mass recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, while ensuring efficiency and candidate experience at scale. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure timely closures of high-volume positions across departments.



Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Screening

  • Source and screen resumes to identify candidates suited for bulk hiring drives.

  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

  • Shortlist and present qualified profiles to hiring managers.

Coordination & Scheduling

  • Schedule and coordinate multiple interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Manage job postings across platforms (Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to attract high volumes of applicants.

Offer & Onboarding

  • Share offers or rejection communications with candidates on time.

  • Facilitate onboarding procedures for large batches of new hires.

  • Conduct background verification and reference checks at scale.

Reporting & HR Operations

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare reports using Google Sheets.

  • Oversee daily HR operations related to bulk hiring.

  • Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by management.



Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HRM or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to bulk hiring or mass recruitment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite.

  • Attention to detail, punctuality, and discipline.

Should Have:

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with large-scale hiring targets.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in educational institutes or recruitment agencies.

  • HR certifications or training in recruitment/HR operations.
