Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process for junior roles (screening CV, reaching out to best candidates, scheduling interviews and etc.);
Drive the company’s growth and development forward by attracting skilled professionals who will take us to the next level;
Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires;
Coordinate promo team during active sourcing activities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies and networking;
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals;
Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the job market.
Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian;
Excellent oral and written communications skills;
Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Personal competencies: self-driven, flexible, strong team player, positive personality;
Previous experience in recruitment will be considered as a big advantage;
Strong organizational and time management skills, with great attention to detail;
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders;
A growth-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn new recruitment trends and best practices.
