Your responsibilities:
Recruiting with impact: You will lead targeted national and international recruitment activities - for both blue and white collar roles - and manage our applicant tracking system.
Support system transition: You will actively support the transition from our current applicant tracking system to Workday, providing insight to streamline and optimise processes.
Talent Sourcing & Networking: Identify and proactively engage top talent and build a strong network across multiple social media channels and platforms.
Onboarding with care: You will coordinate our structured onboarding process - including cultural onboarding to help new colleagues adjust to life in Germany.
Drive innovation in recruitment: Staying abreast of the latest trends, you will work with the HR team to continuously evolve our talent acquisition strategy.
Your profile:
Initial experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally with an international focus
Strong communication skills, empathy and people skills
Desirable: Completed training as a Personnel Services Clerk or equivalent qualification
Independent and structured working style with a passion for modern HR
Experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday
Fluent in German and English
