Job Summary

Responsible for identifying, engaging, selecting and hiring the most suitable candidate for the following talent segments: customer or sales supporting hiring, moderate to complex sales hiring, lower grade specialty hiring.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Handling full recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees for the company.
  • Coordinating with HRBP & hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Determining selection criteria
  • Sourcing potential candidates through multiple channels (e.g. job boards, social platforms and professional networks.)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Workday and CRM (Candidate Relationship Management).
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Join in local/area projects and assigned tasks
     

Work Experience

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Have 2-3 year experience at recruitment
     

Core Skill Requirement
 

  • Customer and details oriented
  • Ability to collaborate effectively internally/externally
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure managing multiple priorities, familiar in working with deadlines
  • Being adaptable towards new situations and having an out of the box approach
  • A dynamic team player who is self-motivated, meticulous
  • MS office proficiency i.e excel, ppt, project management tools
  • English fluency

  • Graduate from a reputable institute;
