Candidate Evaluation:
- Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate the decision-making process for hiring managers by providing detailed candidate evaluations.
Onboarding & Coordination:
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating with HR and other departments.
