Position Overview
The primary purpose of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is to meet the hiring goals of the company by conducting high-volume interviews to fill open positions with talented and qualified candidates. This role involves coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the selection process.
Position Tasks and Responsibilities
- Promote OD company’s reputation as the “best place to work.”
- Conduct high-volume interviews and facilitate the selection of qualified candidates.
- Maintain and manage ATS pipelines, ensuring candidates are updated on their application status.
- Prepare and submit candidate evaluation scorecards and other required test documents to the hiring manager.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of Outsourced Doers and The Doers Way product offerings.
- Familiarity with recruitment advertising on online sourcing channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Job Boards).
- Awareness of recruitment best practices and compliance requirements.
Skills:
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Ability to conduct various types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress interviews, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to conduct high-volume interviews efficiently.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a high-volume recruiter (either in-house or within an agency).
- Experience in conducting interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
