Position Overview

The primary purpose of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is to meet the hiring goals of the company by conducting high-volume interviews to fill open positions with talented and qualified candidates. This role involves coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the selection process.

Position Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Promote OD company’s reputation as the “best place to work.”
  • Conduct high-volume interviews and facilitate the selection of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and manage ATS pipelines, ensuring candidates are updated on their application status.
  • Prepare and submit candidate evaluation scorecards and other required test documents to the hiring manager.

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of Outsourced Doers and The Doers Way product offerings.
  • Familiarity with recruitment advertising on online sourcing channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Job Boards).
  • Awareness of recruitment best practices and compliance requirements.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress interviews, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to conduct high-volume interviews efficiently.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.

Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a high-volume recruiter (either in-house or within an agency).
  • Experience in conducting interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
