Now Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hybrid – work between offices in Wauwatosa, WI and remote

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, offers, and communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Partner with hiring managers and advise on interviewing techniques and candidate assessment
• Use innovative sourcing methods and own key talent pools within our markets
• Assist with selection and rollout of new recruitment technologies
• Support a culture of quality, improvement, retention, and performance
• Build networks through associations, social media, and employee referrals

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with focus on candidate experience
• Strong initiative, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
• Excellent organization, communication, and professionalism
• Team-oriented mindset with collaborative spirit
• Health care recruitment experience preferred
