Talent Acquisition Specialist

We seek a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist for DNV Greater China, based in Shanghai. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinate candidates and stakeholders, and participate in process optimization projects, including AI-driven recruitment solutions.

• 6-8 years of recruitment experience (MNC preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven success in passive candidate sourcing.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
• Excellent English and Mandarin language skills (verbal and written) is mandatory.
