Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Responsibility for end-to-end recruitment for technical and customer facing roles, across different sites (Israel, Europe, USA).
• Proactively source candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a robust pipeline of talent.
• Conduct HR interviews and extend offer letters to candidates.
• Generate and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to support recruitment and HR decision-making.
• Streamline and optimize the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final decision.
• Take part in different HR projects and processes as required.
• Temporary position for 9 months (maternity leave replacement).

• 2+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role.
• Proven candidate sourcing experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies and tools.
• Skilled in utilizing data to optimize the recruitment process and make decisions based on insightful analysis.
• A team player, who collaborates with partners at all levels.
• Passionate about learning new tools, approaches, and trends in talent acquisition.
• Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Hebrew.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with technical recruiting- an advantage.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS- an advantage.
