- Responsibility for end-to-end recruitment for technical and customer facing roles, across different sites (Israel, Europe, USA).
- Proactively source candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a robust pipeline of talent.
- Conduct HR interviews and extend offer letters to candidates.
- Generate and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to support recruitment and HR decision-making.
- Streamline and optimize the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final decision.
- Take part in different HR projects and processes as required.
- Temporary position for 9 months (maternity leave replacement).
- 2+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role.
- Proven candidate sourcing experience.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies and tools.
- Skilled in utilizing data to optimize the recruitment process and make decisions based on insightful analysis.
- A team player, who collaborates with partners at all levels.
- Passionate about learning new tools, approaches, and trends in talent acquisition.
- Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Hebrew.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with technical recruiting- an advantage.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS- an advantage.
