Talent Acquisition
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding for a range of roles, particularly hard-to-fill and strategic positions
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Use recruitment metrics and analytics tools to assess hiring needs and optimize processes
  • Tech-Enabled Sourcing: Utilize/Build social media, talent platforms, and digital sourcing methods to identify passive and active candidates
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR to promote a compelling employer brand across online platforms and job boards
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, professional, and consistent experience for all candidates through effective communication and timely feedback
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and design recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Diversity Hiring: Develop and implement inclusive sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform hiring strategy


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
  • Startups experience & Mass hiring experience is a must
  • Proven experience with different recruitment tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on recruitment data
  • Familiarity with employer branding, sourcing automation
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment
