Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding for a range
of roles, particularly hard-to-fill and strategic positions
Data-Driven Hiring: Use recruitment
metrics and analytics tools to assess hiring needs and optimize processes
Tech-Enabled Sourcing: Utilize/Build
social media, talent platforms, and digital sourcing methods to identify
passive and active candidates
Employer Branding: Collaborate with
marketing and HR to promote a compelling employer brand across online
platforms and job boards
Candidate Experience: Ensure a
positive, professional, and consistent experience for all candidates
through effective communication and timely feedback
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner
with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and design recruitment
strategies accordingly
Diversity Hiring: Develop and
implement inclusive sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools
Market Intelligence: Monitor labor
market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform hiring
strategy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration,
or related field
3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a
fast-paced or tech-driven environment
Startups experience & Mass hiring experience is a must
Proven experience with different recruitment tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act
on recruitment data
Familiarity with employer branding, sourcing automation
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic
environment
