About the position: 

The Talent Acquisition is dedicated to managing the recruitment and onboarding for new hires, coordinating bulk hiring and onboarding activities in line with the organization's ramp-up schedule, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian tech talent landscape, strong stakeholder management skills


Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide strategic guidance on recruitment approaches

  • End-to-end recruitment: Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Operations,Projects & Engineering, Shipping, Innovation and Business Insights roles

  • Lead candidate evaluation, salary offer discussions, and negotiation processes

  • Act as an advisor to hiring managers on compensation structures, workforce planning, and market trends

  • Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development to meet GCC growth objectives

  • Leverage HR business partner expertise to align recruitment strategies with broader organizational goals

  • Drive improvements in recruitment processes

  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience with ATS systems (Workday, HiredScore) and sourcing tools LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

This role is on a third‑party payroll and all compensation, benefits, and policies will be as per 3rd party payroll company.

*Full time: Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, supporting business requirements across the world. Accordingly, the work hours for employees will be aligned to support business requirements. The standard work week will be Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm
