Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, helping identify and attract top talent in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to job offer negotiation.
• Conducting phone and HR interviews
• Phone interview reviews.
• Collaborate with technical recruiting managers.
• Negotiate contracts with candidates.
• Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and expand our talent pipeline.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in high-tech recruitment.
• Proven track record in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales and marketing abilities.
• Experience in contract negotiation.
• In-depth understanding of diverse technologies across various high-tech development fields.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical job requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
