About the role

We are currently recruiting for a highly structured, process-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our West Europe Cluster. This role is critical in ensuring that our recruitment operations are not only effective but also scalable and data-informed. 

Location: Netherlands (Tilburg or Rotterdam) | Hybrid Work Possible

How you will contribute

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment in close collaboration with Hiring Managers and HR, ensuring every step is aligned with best practices and business needs.
  • Design and implement structured recruitment plans tailored to each role, with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and candidate experience.
  • Drive process optimization by translating strategic goals into operational excellence—your ability to streamline and improve workflows will be key.
  • Leverage systems and tools (especially ATS) to proactively source candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure data integrity.
  • Own the reporting process—you’ll be responsible for timely, accurate recruitment metrics and insights that inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with precision, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Manage agency relationships with a focus on performance, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Contribute to global TA initiatives, including employer branding and process standardization.

What you will bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in international, corporate recruitment—ideally in logistics or 3PL environments.
  • A strong command of recruitment systems and reporting tools, with proven experience using ATS platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment with a structured, data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and another European language.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement, structure, and accountability.
  • Experience leading or contributing to TA projects such as Employer Branding, Graduate Recruitment, or Preferred Supplier Management.
