Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Tachbrook Park, Warwick

12-Month Fixed Term Contract, Hybrid, 2 days on site

Salary up to £44,000 per annum + 10% completion bonus

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting a fast-paced logistics operation with a strong focus on driver recruitment and seasonal hiring.

This is a true 360° recruitment role, offering the opportunity to act as a trusted recruitment partner to the business while managing high-volume and specialist hiring needs in a dynamic operational environment.

The Role

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the logistics operation, acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring a smooth, effective hiring process throughout the year.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
  • Acting as a key business partner to logistics and operational leaders, advising on recruitment strategy, market conditions, and workforce planning
  • Leading driver recruitment campaigns, including peak and seasonal hiring requirements
  • Coordinating and delivering seasonal and volume recruitment at pace while maintaining quality
  • Managing and optimising relationships with external recruitment agencies and suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and relevant employment legislation
  • Using data and insights to track recruitment performance and continuously improve hiring outcomes

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a high-volume, operationally driven environment.

 

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role, ideally within logistics, transport, distribution, or a similar operational setting
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels
  • Experience managing and challenging agency suppliers to deliver value and results
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
