The Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Field) will be responsible for full cycle recruiting and drive attraction, assessment, selection, and candidate experience for our field staffing needs. This position requires the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and will champion Domino’s brand, mission, and values.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually. Final compensation is determined based on experience and internal equity. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
Location & Travel Requirements: This role requires the candidate to reside in the state of Virginia at the time of hire and throughout employment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support Virginia store locations and Supply Chain sites in Maryland and New Jersey. Local and regional travel is required, including regular travel within Virginia and periodic overnight travel to Maryland and New Jersey. Candidates must be able to travel independently to assigned locations as needed. Applicants residing outside of Virginia will not be considered. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
