About the role:

Do you have a passion for talent? This role is mainly responsible for frontline positions hiring in talent acquisition team and we need someone who has passion for identifying the best talent for various portfolios in Hong Kong.

What this job involves:

A ‘can do’ attitude

Perform end-to-end recruitment functions for frontline roles, include not limited to guarding services assistants, technicians, and customer services ambassadors. It’s a fast-paced environment and you’ll need to be fast paced as well. We want somebody with positive mind set and a ‘can do’ attitude to continuously hit goals and succeed.

Being Analytical
You’ll be the involved in performing searches for active & passive talent through sourcing, cold calling, personal networking, and social media.  Your multi-faceted research will lead to the successful development of candidate market intelligence reports and talent mapping. You will actively support to build and maintain a strong database to fulfil the manpower needs.

Experienced

You will need at least 3 years’ experience within talent acquisition, solid experience in mass recruitment is a plus. Immediate available is preferred.

Data Oriented

Have you worked in a data driven role? You will need to have this type of experience to succeed in this role.  Your work in a high volume, high turnover environment. Extensive Microsoft Office skills in report building is a definite advantage.

A problem solver

You’ll need a strategic mind-set, outstanding problem solving ability and a creative flair to produce the most detailed and highest quality research and mapping results. As an Ambassador of JLL we expect the utmost professionalism at all times, including integrity & ethics.

A great communicator

Can you get your ideas across clearly both verbally and in writing? You’ll be working with many diverse interest groups so the way you share information and your ability to persuasively convey information is highly important.  Strong interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English & Chinese are key to this role to establish credibility and respect with internal stakeholders and potential external talent.
