We are looking for a Talent acquisition to support our global hiring efforts and help us attract top talent across multiple regions and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across Europe, Asia.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
- Actively source candidates through various channels and support pipeline building
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Provide timely and professional feedback to candidates
- Support improvements and optimizations in recruitment processes
- Use recruitment data and reports to track progress and identify basic areas for improvement
- Assist with additional HR and people-related projects as needed
- 1–3 years of in-house recruitment experience, preferably in tech or product-driven companies
- Ability to manage multiple open positions in parallel with guidance and support
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Willingness to learn, improve processes, and grow within the role
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken) is required
