About the Role

  • Manage end-to-end hiring across corporate, field, and operational functions (both white- and blue-collar).
  • Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with top talent through multiple channels.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support hiring managers in decision-making.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to continuous recruitment process improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience (corporate or agency).

  • Exposure to both white- and blue-collar hiring is a strong advantage.
  • Experience managing or supporting APAC regional recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS tools.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.
