About Versatile Club
Versatile Club is a global talent acquisition and offshore hiring partner helping fast-growing companies build high-performing, culture-fit teams across tech, product, design, marketing, and operations. We work with startups and scaling businesses across fintech, SaaS, retail, hospitality, and technology- focusing on quality, long-term alignment, and speed without compromising culture.
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–6 years of experience who can independently manage hiring end-to-end and act as a true hiring partner, not just a recruiter. This role is ideal for someone who understands quality hiring, candidate experience, and stakeholder management, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
You’ll work closely with founders, hiring managers, and clients to understand role requirements deeply and deliver strong, culture-aligned candidates.
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake calls, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and closures
Handle multiple roles across tech and non-tech functions (junior to senior levels)
Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing methods
Conduct structured screening calls to assess skills, experience, communication, and culture fit
Share sharp candidate insights, not just resumes
Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring needs, expectations, and timelines
Provide regular updates, hiring insights, and market feedback
Candidate Experience
Ensure a smooth, transparent, and respectful candidate journey
Maintain strong follow-ups and clear communication throughout the process
Process & Quality
Maintain hiring trackers, ATS updates, and documentation
Continuously improve hiring processes, screening quality, and turnaround time
Must-Have
2–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Experience hiring for tech, product, design, or startup roles
Strong screening and evaluation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Good to Have
Experience in agency, RPO, or offshore hiring setups
Exposure to international clients (US/UK preferred)
Understanding of startup and product company hiring culture
High ownership and real impact on company and client growth
Exposure to diverse roles, industries, and hiring challenges
A culture that values quality, clarity, and accountability
Opportunity to grow into senior TA, client partner, or HR roles
