The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support SENKO’s growth and innovation overall. This position partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to ensure a seamless recruitment process aligned with SENKO’s values of collaboration, adaptability, accountability, and service focus.

 Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for technical, professional, and operational roles, including job postings, sourcing, resume review, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. 
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to build a diverse talent pipeline. 
  • Promote SENKO’s culture and values in all candidate interactions and recruitment marketing efforts. 
  • Ensure adherence to internal recruitment protocols and employment laws
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and provide market insights. 
  • Guide hiring managers during the recruitment process by coaching on interview techniques and selection practices
  • Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular updates to HR leadership on hiring progress and challenges.
  • Guiding new hires through the initial stages of the hiring process, which can include administrative tasks and introductions to the team
  • Participating in the onboarding process of new hires.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required
  • 3-5 years of experience of full life cycle of recruitment required, preferably in a manufacturing or technological environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, best practices and HR compliance
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • SHRM-CP a plus
