DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate profiling.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system (ATS).
- Support recruitment campaigns and ensure a positive candidate experience.
QualificationsQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
