SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing and RM Specialist is a critical force multiplier for Lucky Strike Entertainment's recruiting function, responsible for proactively building and nurturing talent pipelines across the full spectrum of our hiring needs from front-line field management and hourly associates to corporate leadership and sales roles. Sitting at the intersection of candidate strategy, marketing, and data, this role requires equal parts hunter instinct, relationship builder, and analytical thinker. You will manage our CRM as the single source of truth for candidate engagement, partner with our external recruitment advertising agency on media spend and campaign performance, and surface market intelligence that sharpens how we position LSE in a competitive talent landscape. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Support TA analytics reporting by contributing sourcing funnel data, pipeline conversion metrics, and time-to-engage benchmarks: 

Sourcing & Pipeline Development 

  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates across corporate, field management, sales, and hourly talent pools using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social platforms, and talent communities. 
  • Build and maintain warm pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring readiness ahead of active openings. 
  • Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each role tier from high-touch executive prospecting to scalable outreach for hourly positions across 370+ venues. 
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to ensure role priorities are clear. 
  • Research and engage passive candidates through targeted campaigns, industry events, and community sourcing. 
  • Build and leverage internal referral networks and alumni pipelines as supplemental sourcing channels. 

 

CRM Management & Candidate Communication 

  • Own the day-to-day administration of the recruiting CRM, ensuring all candidate records, pipeline stages, and communication logs are accurate and up to date. 
  • Design and execute candidate nurture sequences: email, SMS, and event-based touchpoints that keep warm talent engaged over time. 
  • Develop segmented audience lists within the CRM to support targeted outreach by role type, geography, or skill set. 
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure CRM data hygiene standards are maintained and candidate dispositions are tracked appropriately. 
  • Build and manage automated communication workflows to reduce manual follow-up burden on the broader TA team. 
  • Generate CRM-based reporting on pipeline health, engagement rates, and candidate conversion by source. 

 

Recruitment Advertising & Marketing Partnership 

  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for Lucky Strike Entertainment's recruitment advertising agency, coordinating on priority needs and conducting performance check-ins. 
  • Monitor advertising spend across job boards, programmatic platforms, social channels, and targeted display, ensuring budgets are allocated efficiently against hiring priorities. 
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing team to update career site, landing pages, blogs, AI and SEO search strategies that drive qualified applicant flow. 
  • Analyze campaign performance dataclick-through rates, cost-per-apply, source quality and make data-driven recommendations to optimize spend. 
  • Ensure job postings are live, accurate, and consistently branded across all paid and organic channels. 
  • Identify emerging advertising channels and geo-targeted opportunities that align with LSE's venue footprint and hiring volume. 

 

Market Analytics & Compensation Intelligence 

  • Conduct ongoing labor market research to identify talent availability, supply/demand trends, and competitor hiring activity across key markets. 
  • Track and report on compensation benchmarks for targeted roles using third-party tools (e.g., Salary.com, Indeed Hiring Insights, LinkedIn Salary Insights, Bureau of Labor Statistics data) to inform job posting pay ranges and offer strategy. 
  • Prepare market intelligence briefs for recruiters and hiring managers that contextualize sourcing difficulty, candidate expectations, and regional wage trends. 
  • Monitor competitor employer branding and job posting strategies to surface insights that keep LSE positioned competitively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • 2–4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with demonstrated success across multiple role types and levels. 
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search methodology. 
  • Hands-on experience managing a recruiting CRM (iCIMS, Beamery, Candidate.ID, Greenhouse, or similar). 
  • Familiarity with programmatic job advertising platforms and recruitment media management. 
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach at scale. 
  • Comfort working with data, pulling reports, interpreting trends, and presenting findings to stakeholders. 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously. 

 

Preferred 

  • Experience sourcing for hospitality, entertainment, food & beverage, or multi-unit retail environments. 
  • Exposure to high-volume hourly sourcing strategies alongside corporate/professional recruiting. 
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools (Lightcast, Mercer, Radford, or equivalent). 
  • Experience working with an external recruitment advertising or employer branding agency. 
  • Background in talent marketing or employer branding content development. 
  • Knowledge of WOTC screening workflows or compliance-adjacent hiring processes.

The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 per year.
